Gingerbread Boy

Nemo baked and decorated some beautiful and fantastic gingerbreads with a friend of mine.
That one on top right can be an angel, and also an octopus or a jellyfish upside down.
 Moomin characters, cats, ships, cars...
Little gingerbread artist himself with his amazing art work.
Did I already tell You I have fallen in love with A.J.Jenkins's voice. <3
See You! :)

Gourmet Art

In Finland we have few times a year a food carnival called the Restaurant Day when anyone can open a restaurant for a day. This gourmet art is made on that day by a very special friend of mine. I had the honour to serve as butler :)

This one looks like a spider. Herb potatoes, sturgeon, pickles, lemon smetana and thyme oil.
...and this looks like a plant...
...and this like a hand held fan.
This incredible tomato soup tasted first sweet and then hot and spicy. Croutons, smetana and basil oil on top.
Apple-cinnamon mousse for the dessert. Everything tasted just heavenlicious.

Tree Hugger's Bläk Night Out

Thursday evening I first went to the Japanese pop culture happening at Caisa and then to the Funky Lady's fashion show at the Opera house. The official afterparty was at the private night club Bläk. I matched my outfit to suit for both occasions. A cocktail dress with a Japanese twist: a little bit lolita style dress (which is actually French Juju&Christine's dress) and Japanese style hair accessories.
My lovely friend just gave me that red handheld fan. <3 I'm going to use it at pre-Christmas parties.
I just handicrafted this Japanese hair accessory.
 The fashion show.

Well, these pics are not really from the show, haha, they are from the Opera's hall. But they looked much more interesting than the pics from the show, (even though it was mainly underwear show), so I prefer placing these here instead :)

There was a lot of Finnish celebrities, like Lola Odusoga, Susanna Penttilä, Jussi 69, Alexia Alexis, Cheek and a whole bunch of plastic looking people. The man with a top hat is btw Jorma Uotinen, former Opera's ballet leader.

This photo below is kind of funny because just the day before (wednesday) I was at Krishna Temple's fest and saw a lot of people in this position, also the noise was about the same. Both serving the same God?

At Bläk's unisex toilet (below). The black pearl handbag created by me.
Free sparkling wine, quite good music and lots of silicon tits around at Bläk. I was just dancing around the place, sensing the atmosphere and the space, but nobody seemed to be very interesting. Suddenly one guy called me out and said to me: "You are a tree hugger!!" I don't mind being called a tree hugger at all, because there really is a big part of tree hugger in me. I was just surprised he recognized that! :) That sentence started an interesting conversation. I met three new people there and we went to the afterparty's afterparty together.

At home again in the morning.

Last night (friday) I really looked like a tree hugger. I was going to India-Nepal-shamanism evening, but it surprisingly turned out to be an Udmurtian evening, lol. But I'm not going to go deeper into that:) I am wearing an Indian sari here. Wearing these clothes gave me an interesting feedback. In the underground somebody came specially to me to give a Talvivaara (poison scandal) petition flyer. And one guy (who was with his girlfriend) greeted me at the traffic lights friendly. I was just: "Excuse me, but do we know each other?"
Every day has been different and interesting. I'm going to go to hug some trees now. Cherry trees if I find some :) See You again <3

Scaring the Ghosts with a Cake

Halloween has been dead and buried for at least a week now when I finally had a chance to look at the photos. Halloween is near my birthday so it symbolizes dying and rebirth to me.
This year I was lucky to have a chance to wear my Halloween costume several times.
Nemo playing with a hat while waiting mom to get dressed.
Come on, mom!
Nemo fooling around.
Lovely Ibi Love invited us to scare the ghosts away and also to celebrate her birthday.

Ibi and Nemo baked a cake near midnight. It turned out to be a gourmet art cake. Really delicious! Nemo wanted to give some cake to the cat too!
All the pumpkins were sold out from the shops, so this lantern symbolized our pumpkin, light, earth, heaven, sun, moon, football, rebirth...

We found couple of Scream masks from the dumpster with the boy next door just before Halloween and they gave us lots of fun. These two little boys looked so ridiculous screaming and running and scaring the passers by that I just couldn't stop laughing. I made Scream7 video out of it, but apparently for some strange reason that I just don't get right now, it is not working here, so here's only a still photo then.

See You!

New Friend (from Outer Space?)

The other day I went to the psy trance party at the Venue club. You have seen this space tripper's outfit before, but this is one of my favorites, so here it is again! Because I was the birthday girl I got in for free, so I saved 20 e, so good for me :)
On the dance floor there was this boy who was a really good dancer, amazing actually, in an unusual way, like from the outer space or something. He clearly knew how to play with energy. When the place was about to close I went to him and said: "Hi! You are a really good dancer. I would like to be your friend. Can I be your friend?" He was a bit surprised but smiled and replied: "Yes, I can be your friend". And now we are friends. Sometimes life is just so simple! :)
Me and my messy castle. Clothes and books and shoes around. I would like to be a better organizer.
One night Nemo was jumping on the bed and said: "Mom, we are living in an old castle. You are a princess and I am a little king." So lovely you already know, Nemo. Except that I am the queen, but  for you I can play the princess. :)
I made this hair decoration at Annantalo's Japanese popculture day.
We also made ikebana there on another day. I really had to keep myself from bursting into tears when I saw one ikebana arrangement made by a child. Is that normal behaviour?, I don't know. It was just so beautiful (not either one of these below, I haven't got a photo, my camera unfortunately run out of batteries). I just know I have been Japanese in my past life and I made ikebana back then, I felt it in my heart. :)

I had a chance to wear these (second hand) shoes for the first time. Love them! Thanks for the Mother Earth again for her abundant gifts!
This way, that way, my stockings are saying. There are no directions in space, so it doesn't matter which way you go. Bye! :)
